Apparently, this is an educational film to help explain to the Japanese children the dangers of the nuclear meltdown with out scaring the poo out of them.

On a serious note...I really hope all ends well. The Japanese people have had a lot to deal with recently and they don't need a possible nuclear meltdown on top of it all.
