Next hang a friend from the ceiling, if he loves you I know he won't care

Does anyone remember watching Square One TV on PBS after school, or is is just me? I remember this bit vividly - I had the song stuck in my head for days. Thanks to Square One I knew about fractions, scale and palindromes. It aired on channel 7 every day after school, and it was followed by an odd British show called Doctor Who. With no cable I really didn't have much chance to grow up normally. The lead singer here is Larry Cedar, who I still see pop up on the occasional episode of shows like House.

And then there was this video. I loved Square One 8% of my childhood.
