"Yo-yo professional" "K-Strass" is a fake. But that didn't stop him from talking his way onto several local tv stations in Wisconsin. He had a friend call the stations saying he represented the world's first "green" toy maker who wanted to spread an environmental message with a "zany" sense of humor. This is the result.
